WHAT SAVEDANK IS
SAVEDANK is a directory and coupons index for cannabis dispensaries in Canada and US states where cannabis is legal. We list shops, we surface deals, we send you to the shop. We do not sell cannabis. We are not a marketplace, a delivery service, or a medical provider.
When you click a deal, you leave SAVEDANK and land on the shop's site. The transaction happens there, under their license, their rules, and your local law. We don't handle payment, we don't fulfill orders, and we don't take returns.
WHO CAN USE THE SITE
You must be of legal cannabis age where you live to use SAVEDANK. That's 21+ in every US state where cannabis is legal, 19+ in most Canadian provinces and territories(BC, ON, MB, SK, NS, NB, NL, PE, YT, NT, NU), 21+ in Quebec, and 18+ in Alberta. By using the site you confirm you meet your jurisdiction's minimum and that cannabis is legal where you are. If either is false, leave. See the age & legality policy for details.
If you're a vendor, you must be a licensed cannabis business in your jurisdiction or, for hemp-derived products, operating within federal hemp regulations. We verify before we list.
YOUR CONTENT
When you write a review, claim a listing, or submit a coupon, you give SAVEDANK permission to display, edit, and remove that content. You keep ownership; we keep editorial control over what shows up on the site.
Don't post content you don't own. Don't post content that misleads other shoppers. Don't use a review to settle a personal grudge.
If we remove something
We may remove content for any reason and we don't owe you an explanation. We try to be fair; we don't promise to be.
VENDOR TERMS
Free directory listings. Featured placement is paid and clearly marked. Coupon codes you submit must be honored at the price and terms you posted; we will delist shops that bait-and-switch.
If you install the SAVEDANK Tracker plugin, you agree to the data terms documented at /plugin/privacy. Commission rates are captured per-conversion at the rate effective when the order completes.
NO WARRANTY · LIMITS OF LIABILITY
The site is provided "AS IS"without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee a deal works at the register, that a shop ships to your state, or that the price you see is the price you pay. We try; the shops decide.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVEDANK isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, the content on it, or your interactions with shops we link to. Maximum aggregate liability is the greater of $100 or what you paid us (which, since the site is free for shoppers, is usually nothing).
TERMINATION & CHANGES
We can suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason. We'll usually tell you why; we don't have to.
We update these terms when we need to. Material changes get a callout on the homepage for two weeks before they take effect. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
Effective date is shown above. Older versions are kept on request.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TBD]. Disputes go to binding arbitration in that jurisdiction; you waive class action rights. If arbitration isn't available, exclusive venue is the courts there.
